SERVER / BARTENDER
Our server/bartenders are responsible for providing a great overall customer experience for all guests by preparing beverages according to our quality standards and providing attentive and engaging customer service. Our expectation for our servers and bartenders don’t live only behind our bar. This position will be trained as, share the responsabilities, and work other FOH shifts as a Server/Bartender, Float, and Runner.

BOH EXPO/LINE COOK/DISH
We are seeking expo / line cook / dish who are eager to learn and excited to join the Company team. Our expo/line cooks are responsible for the preparation of menu items in an efficient, consistent, sanitary and timely manner while working in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position that shares responsability between expo/line cook/dish.

AMERICAN PALE ALE - 5.5% ABV
Yes and Yes, our newest year-round brew, an American Pale Ale, features a blend of Galena, Nugget, and Comet hops. This 5.5% ABV, classic West Coast inspired brew is easy-drinking, showcasing bold citrus and pine flavor, subtle yet inviting aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus rind, and tropical fruits.
GREEN GALLERY IPA
EXPERIMENTAL IPA W/ GINGER - 7.6% ABV
Green Gallery IPA was brewed for the fledgling Riverwest conceptual art gallery when it was first launched in 2004. Inspired by old English IPAs, with a hint of ginger and a contemporary hop profile, this beer supports ephemeral arts programming in Milwaukee.
This can is part of the Beer Endowment Project organized by John Riepenhoff. Beer Endowment promotes collective cultural expression by supporting artist-run organizations."
MASH TUNDRA
BALTIC PORTER - 7.5% ABV
The combination of rich, bready Munich malts and roasty, chocolate and carafa malts is delicious and satisfying on its own, but when it's cold-fermented with a crisp, clean lager yeast is when the Baltic Porter really stands out. We were inspired to brew this beer for the 2021 Lager and Friends beer festival, but its future as a seasonal offering is guaranteed.
